Política de devoluciones y reembolsos
Cada producto de Karina Barahona Studio se imprime especialmente para ti cuando haces tu pedido. Por eso no aceptamos devoluciones ni cambios por cambio de opinión o por error al elegir la talla o el color.
Si tu pedido llega dañado, con defecto o equivocado, te lo reponemos o te devolvemos tu dinero sin costo. Escríbenos a juliettekarbahart@gmail.com dentro de los 30 días después de recibirlo, con tu número de pedido y una foto del producto y de la etiqueta del envío.
Productos digitales (libros, guías y materiales descargables): por su naturaleza digital, no tienen reembolso una vez descargados. Si tienes algún problema para abrir tu archivo, escríbenos y te ayudamos.
Obras originales: si tu obra llega dañada durante el envío, escríbenos dentro de las 48 horas siguientes con fotos y buscaremos la mejor solución.
Pedidos que no llegan: si la dirección es correcta y tu pedido no llega, escríbenos y lo resolvemos. Si la dirección que nos diste es incorrecta, el reenvío corre por tu cuenta.
Refund and Return Policy
Every Karina Barahona Studio product is printed especially for you when you order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or for choosing the wrong size or color.
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we will replace it or refund you at no cost. Email us at juliettekarbahart@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving it, with your order number and a photo of the item and the shipping label.
Digital products (books, guides and downloadable materials): because they are digital, they are non-refundable once downloaded. If you have trouble opening your file, email us and we'll help.
Original artwork: if your artwork arrives damaged in shipping, email us within 48 hours with photos and we'll find the best solution.
Orders that don't arrive: if the address is correct and your order doesn't arrive, email us and we'll make it right. If the address provided was incorrect, reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
